OMBUDSMAN FUNCTION
 
Ensure citizens the right to communicate , represent their interests in relation to public administration and resolving issues expeditiously, promoting citizenship and improving public management.
 
 
MESSAGE OF THE OMBUDSMAN
 
The Ombudsman enables citizens to request information, make suggestions, receive complaints, requests on the performance and activities of the body, compliments and complaints. The ombudsman is its representative to the administration. It helps solve problems, guarantees the confidentiality of information submitted and forwards them to the appropriate areas, contributing to the strengthening of citizenship and improving the quality of services provided by the institutions.
