A Port of culture

Ricardo Melo, Secretary of Culture of the City of Recife (PCR), was today in the office of the President of the Port of Recife, Marconi Muzzio, with the aim of including the Recife anchorage in a movement to rescue and foster the culture that is in articulation in PCR.
The idea is to find a space in the Port of Recife to install both cultural activation equipment and a training school. According to the managers, it is impossible to think about Pernambuco and Recife culture without looking at our anchorage.
