The Port of Recife is present in the 2nd Symposium of FACOL

At the invitation of the University Escritor Osman Lins da Costa (FACOL), the Port of Recife participated in the 2nd Symposium on "Logistics, Transport and Foreign Trade: exploiting the opportunities and innovations to reduce costs and improve logistics services" covering the areas administration and business logistics.
The representative of the Porto, Alexandre Costa, Engineering Coordinator, gave a lecture on the last day (7), at 19h, on intermodality of roads and ports, and the importance of training professionals for the logistics market. About 200 students and some teachers attended the explanation that happened in the auditorium of the institution. According to Costa, "participation in such events is an exorbitant uniqueness, as students can gain a more practical scale of operations in ports and anchorage Recife can disclose what goes on here," said the Engineering Coordinator.
